In accordance with recommended veterinary health practices, we advise that you take your new ferret to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness examination within 10 days of receiving it. If, during this period, your veterinarian determines that your ferret has an illness that was present prior to delivery, please contact us immediately and provide a copy of the veterinary report.

Our ferrets are guaranteed to be in good health, free from any visible signs of contagious illness, and are carefully examined by a licensed veterinarian before they leave our care. Every ferret is raised in a clean, loving environment and receives the attention and socialization needed to ensure a healthy start in life. However, certain factors affecting a ferret’s health, including genetics, nutrition, exercise, environmental conditions, and daily care after adoption, are beyond our control.

In the unfortunate event that your ferret passes away within one year of the purchase date due to a confirmed hereditary or congenital condition, or is diagnosed within one year with a serious genetic health disorder that significantly affects its overall quality of life, we will replace your ferret with another of equal value at no additional cost. To qualify for this replacement, the cause must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the veterinary report must be emailed to us for review.

We are delighted to welcome you into our ferret family and are committed to providing ongoing support throughout your ferret’s life. If you ever have questions regarding feeding, housing, behavior, or general care, we are always happy to help. To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, we ask that you send us a copy of your ferret’s veterinary examination report within 10 business days of receiving your new companion. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your ferret will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations and health records, so additional vaccinations should only be administered according to your veterinarian’s recommendations.
